About Luca
My name is Luca Dondi, I am a certified positive intelligence coach (PCC ICF), a trainer and a consultant.
I have ~20 years of corporate experience, gained working with two multi-national corporations in the Financial Services and Technology industries (American Express, MasterCard) in multiple countries (United Kingdom, USA, Italy) and in a variety of functions (operations process re-engineering, sales strategy and development, business analysis and pricing, marketing / loyalty / CRM, program management, consulting). I understand the culture of corporate environments and am extremely familiar with the issues that executives and managers face. I have a multi-cultural mind with strong cultural awareness and impressive linguistic abilities.
Throughout my corporate career, whenever team members or colleagues thanked me for having helped them develop, I would feel a sense inner fulfilment, and this is what I regularly experience with coaching.
Our minds are full of constructs through which we process and make sense of what happens to us, many of them will have been absorbed in early life, they may be very powerful and we may not be conscious of them. Whenever we wish to get out of the comfort zone and achieve extra ordinary objectives, some of these constructs may be limiting and could be challenged. My role is to help you see things from a different point of view. Together we will explore and delve into hidden parts of yourself you may not even be aware of.
Finding your coach is like finding “that” pair of shoes - it needs to “fit”. The connection that you establish with your coach is unique and based on mutual trust, relatability, flexibility and approachability. Trust yourself - you will know when you find the right one for you. Do not feel discouraged or put off if the first one you saw was not quite right for you. Persevere.
